Douglas Gresham, the stepson of C.S. Lewis, offers a rare glimpse into the personal life of the famous author with his new memoir, “Jack’s Life: The Life Story of C.S. Lewis.” Gresham’s book was published in October before the screening of the movie “The Chronicles of Narnia: Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe,” which opened Friday.
